Billie Hobbs Leeth
Billie Hobbs Leeth is an experienced attorney who has handled everything from personal injury to workers’ compensation to torts, maritime law, automobile accidents, and more. She is a graduate of T.C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond in Richmond, VA. During her time in law school, Ms. Leeth received the Merit Scholarship and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta. She also served as a Law Clerk at the Medical College of Virginia/Virginia Commonwealth University Legal Advisor’s Office and was a staff member of the University of Richmond Law Review.
Upon graduating from law school and prior to joining Breit Drescher Imprevento, Ms. Leeth worked at a firm in Norfolk, VA where she handled a variety of civil cases and was responsible for conducting extensive research on everything from creditors’ rights to construction law to antitrust issues.
In 1997, Ms. Leeth founded Second Chair, Inc., a Virginia-based corporation that provided a variety of services for attorneys, including research, writing, and analysis. There, Ms. Leeth assisted attorneys with budgeting, legal research, documentation, and trial preparation for a range of practice areas including personal injury, criminal law, workers’ compensation, commercial litigation, taxation, and more.
Ms. Leeth is an accomplished attorney, legal researcher and is known as one of the best brief writers in the state. She is a valuable member of the Breit Drescher Imprevento team. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter.
