“For me, the most satisfying aspect of being a lawyer is playing a part in the evolution of the law in favor of those most in need of justice.” Billie is a 1989 graduate of the T. C. Williams School of Law at the University of Richmond, where she served on the Law Review. She began her legal career at Kaufman & Canoles, P. C. in Norfolk and joined Breit, Drescher & Breit, P.
